Screencast Example
This screencast is teaching mac users how to use a software program called iShowU. It is a program you can use to create a screen cast. He takes you step by step on a mac similar to mine. He speaks very slowly and is easy to follow during the screencast.
It is easier to use screencasting because it helps to visually see something you are trying to explain in words. In a screencasting, you can speak while you move your mouse around showing people what you are talking about. This helps because some people want to see what they are trying to do versus study directions in words only. This also helps because some people may not know how to get to shortcuts and may call different moves and clicks differently.
